This is the third book of the Ever World series. It the story of the group of kids who slip through another dimension into Ever World. The series of books is their struggle to get back to the real world and back to their families.

Ever World is a fantasy world, full of good and evil. There are gods, trolls, dragons, magicians, knights and in this book, a group of kids, much like us.

The characters in this story are: Jalil, April, Christopher, and David. They are teenagers and live in a small town in the United States. They have been friends for a long time and like adventure but this adventure is a little too frightening and challenging.

This book picks up where the group are looking for Senna. She has been missing from book one where she was pulled into another dimension from the god, Loki. He wanted Senna because she is actually a witch who can jump to different worlds.

In their search for Senna they stumble on a man named Merlin. Merlin is the unseen force behind much of what happens in Ever World. This is a good thing though because Merlin might know where Senna is. Merlin, April, Jalil, Chris, and David were on a mission to save Senna from the evil god Loki.

As the group was going along in the woods they run into a knight named Sir Galahad. In a stroke of luck he was in a great war about to face Loki and his trolls. The next day the war began to start. David, Christopher, Jalil, and April were also in the fight looking for Senna. Merlin was just making magic. He made skeletons come up from the ground and fight in the war. As the trolls were finally all killed, loud thumps starting coming. It was Loki and more trolls were on their way. But Merlin started to stir up his great reptile friend, his Dragon. As soon as the magic started, the dragon approached, setting almost all the trolls on fire with one single breath. Then the dragon headed for Loki. You'll have to read the book to find out what happens after that.

The theme of this book is that in spite of struggles, you can never give up. The friends believed in their hearts that they would triumph over evil, because they were on the side of good. The group of friends faced lots of trouble, but they knew the right thing to do was to find their friend and get back to the real world.

Did they make it back? Did they find Senna and was she all right? And how did the friends treat her once they found out she was a witch with all sorts of powers? You'll have to read the book to find out.
