Planning is perhaps the central role of all managers, because all the other functions flow from it and must always consider their relationship to it. A business without a plan has no future, and so all the other functions will be redundant. Organization within a business is essential to the process of planning.

A strategic plan is necessary for a company to succeed because, without it, the business is likely to meander from decision to decision without any sense of priorities or goals as to where it is going. Simply put, planning is identifying where you want to go, why you want to go there, how you will get there, what you need in order to get there and how you will know if you're there or not.

The planning process is a very critical area in the Medical field, without proper planning in this field lives can be lost, critical mistakes can be made if there is no plan put in place to have the adequate personnel, beds, supplies and medication to provide quality health care to veterans, not to mention the budget to cover all of this.

Organizing: Organizing is predominantly the process of collating or arranging the products and services to efficiently manage the business process in a given scenario of either the retail store or online retailing.

It is further interesting to note that the organizing is an essential element in the retail business mainly because of the fact that both the information as well as the product can be accessed quickly and efficiently to meet the customer requirements in an organized scenario as argued by Thomas S.
