"The Hardest Workers" A man that worked for a company for many years has passed away. He was a dedicated individual with the hunger to see the company he worked for succeed. He felt like the job needed him because couldn't anyone do the job like he could. He had a wife and two kids who almost never saw him because he was at work all the time.

While living, I have witness a time when working was boring and at the same time fun. My father was an example of a hard worker. He showed me all of the credentials for being a hard workingman. He showed me that there's nothing wrong with working hard at something and succeeding at it. My father told me stories about how he started working and how old he was. He told me he started working at the age of sixteen, pushing shopping carts and helping people with groceries at a food store but he never was employed with that store, so basically it was a hustle mission.

By the age of nineteen he had a car. I guess living a rough life will have a serious effect on a person, and that's what motivated him to succeed. After all the things such as poverty and racism made him want to succeed and just to have the finer things in life.

My mother and father grew up together and had my siblings and I and got married. The funny thing about that was, they both were on the same path as far as working and just being successful in life. Now when it comes to my parents and I, I was the only one out of my 2 sisters and 1 brother to seriously soak up their ways when it comes to hard work. Personally, when it comes to working at something, I give it my all with 100%.

When I worked at Pepsi Cola, I was one of the hardest workingmen on the roster. My duties were to help the driver pull the pop off the truck and deliver it to the stores. Now I the drivers knew about me from other drivers I have worked with. One day I didn't know who I was going out on a route with but, two drivers wanted me on there route and they began to argue about the situation, I'm standing back waiting for them to decide. It felt good knowing that this was going on because I was known for being a hard worker.

I believe that hard work is not only a tradition, but it's a great experience especially when you get gratitude for it. Hard work is easy just as long as you apply yourself to do it.
