Many societies today believe that the capital punishment is something inhuman, criminal and immoral. Several countries are in favor while others are against death penalty. Some public opinions support the proposal to reduce crime through executions. Others support the opinion which considers that the way to achieve reduced crime should be done by not allowing death penalty, because to kill is to commit a crime.
