Introduction

In dictionaries there is no definition of an innovation which was given by Henry Ford, but is «fordism» which speaks as system of the capitalist organization precisely-mass production, based on application of standardization, typification, pipelining the productions allowing the businessman to raise labour productivity by its limiting intensification.

As Henry Ford's innovation understands such principle of work when a laborious work lays down on shoulders of cars, the rigid requirement of the organization of manufacture is operative introduction of the best scientific and technical innovations, cleanliness, hygienic, a cosiness - obligatory parameters of the industrial environment, the strict account of psychophysiological characteristics of workers at their distribution on monotonous and creative operations.

Innovation - the object introduced in ability to live of the person or in process of manufacture of the organization, received by scientific probes and leading to more effective satisfaction of requirements and use of the resources, making bigger profit.
