Nice Reception people at DICE in StockholmAlexandru Vacar, the person who agreed to give me an interview, has been working as a receptionist at Pantex Hotel since eight months ago . Before receiving this job , he worked as a bellboy at Aro Palace for around one year. He took a Front Desk course at "Casa Brasoveana" , where he learnt the basic principles of being a receptionist : how to communicate with the guests , how to register them , how to manually invoice(thus ,without a computer software) , how to handle difficult customers and how to cooperate and communicate efficiently with the other departments of the hotel. He successfully graduated this course and earned a diploma, which certifies his speciality.
