Custom Builder is based on a project management system and the project manager, is the builder for this particular company. The benefit of this system is that you will be dealing with one senior level manager that is in charge. Samir will be available seven days a week, if necessary. The advantage is that the project manager is on your job site almost every day running the job and coordinating subcontractors. The project manager is also in your home as it is being constructed.
