Human resource roles in My OrganizationThe human resources department at Verizon Wireless performs a vital role in this successful communication company. Benefits management, training, recruitment, and employee relations are some of the primary areas concerning Verizon Wireless Human Resources Department. If any area within this vital support organization is neglected, serious problems can occur within the company. The areas supported by human resources department can also help pave the way for a successful, thriving company.

The management at Verizon Wireless relies heavily on the expertise of the human resources department. Although traditional business thinking can portray this business entity as "dangerous" or "the enemy", a good relationship between employees, management, and the human resources department creates a wonderful working environment.
