A natural disaster is when extreme events which cause great loss of life, property and create severe disruption to human lives, such as a hurricane. It seems odd how we can be at such an advanced stage in technology, yet we are unable to completely stop a natural hazard from causing loss of life and damage to existing constructed resources. Hurricanes get their start over the warm tropical waters near the equator. Most hurricanes appear in late summer or early fall, when sea temperatures are at their highest. It is no surprise that Florida has been hit with multiple Hurricanes this month. Statistics show that Florida has fell victim to at least one Hurricane each year. As a consequence, this state has suffered both economically and socially. Florida must then rebuild itself and most importantly regain its status. In doing so, the federal government (U.S.A) should provide the basic necessities for the state.

It is obvious Florida needs help and it is up to the other countries to lend a hand. With over a million people left homeless and/or without electricity, who wouldn't help this state's crisis?

Indeed, citizens of Florida need assistance and it is important for everyone to lend a helping hand. Fundraisers should be organized all across Florida. From clothing drives to even car washes can help towards affected homes and businesses. Secondly, housing should be provided for the millions left homeless. Shelter homes could be assembled in churches and schools, alongside providing food rations for families. Of course everyone can be involved, but why should we help Florida?

Nations should unite with one another not only for their own beneficial need, but to maintain peace around the world. The subject of equality comes to mind as well. A second point is whether you have fell victim...
