Kudler Fine Foods Benefits from Internet Purchasing
Kudler Fine Foods does not currently have a purchasing department that's used to place orders from different vendors. Kudler Fine Foods have three different stores that have all have a standard way of purchasing and ordering products. At each store, the mangers are responsible for determining what's best for their location. Each manager will currently determine the best prices, quantity, quality, and delivery that they can get at a reasonable deal or within budget. The managers of each store work together to order in bulk if all possible for the same products. Currently the orders are done several ways; it could be through fax, mail, email or working with a specific vendor. Once the method of placing the order is determined, a signed copy is sent to the accounting office for the payment to be processed for the manager submitting the order.
