Introduction to business processes and need for study
To identify that employees in the organization have the right knowledge, skills & proficiencies to drive business by performing skill gaps analysis on both current positions and potential positions.
Currently the training management in Ranbaxy location (Master training needs identification / Individual training needs identification / training nominations / training attendance / evaluation) is being done manually. The manual process has many limitations. It is being proposed to implement a solution for the training management which will also help to improve the compliance level.
Pain Areas in the Current System
Tracking of Manual Training record is very difficult
Doing Training Gap Analysis is a Time consuming Job.
On-Line Training and On-Line evaluation is not feasible in the absence of computerized system.
Training Record Management is very difficult
Compliance to revised harmonized SOP will be a challenge in the absence of Computerized Solution
Manual Generation of Training reports is also a time consuming job
