2.1 Definition of Buyer Behaviour and Decision Making Process

Consumer buying behavior refers to the people in order to satisfy himself or herself, the family's needs or to satisfy the needs of production companies to buy products or services interest shown by various acts, and place the decision-making process to purchase goods.

Decision Making Process is that consumers carefully evaluate a product, brand or service and select a good one to buy to satisfy their needs of a particular product in the process.

2.2 Characteristic of Buyer Behaviour

his is the Model of consumer buying decision process,it contains Cognitive problems, Search for information, Evaluation of alternatives, Purchasing decisions, After the evaluation of options.

The formation of consumer attitudes is the result of long-term accumulation of national culture, but also a direct reflection of social reality, the concept of personal consumption in the impact of many factors, mainstream consumer attitudes and personal factors that affect consumer attitudes are formed by fundamental factors.
