This includes the price of the land, the house, the carpet, the tiles and the labour for laying the tiles and carpet.
In my assumptions I said that the border tiles were each 1mò. This was probably an inappropriate assumption to make because there aren't many tiles that are this big and if there were they would be very difficult to lay and would not be the right size for a tiled border. The reason I did it this way was to make it easier to work out.
My final answer of $122,653.78 is reasonable because it is a fairly good priced house that many people would be willing to pay for.
