What comes in our mind about Physical Fitness? For most of us, it is our ability to conduct physical activities and still have enough energy to do other things if we want to. Physical fitness is use in two close meanings: general fitness (a state of health and well-being) and specific fitness (a task-oriented definition based on the ability to perform specific aspects of sports or occupations). General fitness consists of agility, jumping, balance, body composition, reflexes, cardiovascular endurance, coordination, flexibility, and joint range of motion, speed, stamina, strength, and acceleration. Specific fitness examples: sports or military service (Wikipedia).

General fitness goal is to maintain a good health by eating the right food and right exercises. Through the years, we encourage people to stay in shape or improve their fitness level to minimize the chance of getting disease, and improve their health and life so they can live longer.

However, some spend too much time sitting in the couch and watching television than trying to engage in any physical activity or exercise. Some are so dependent to fast foods and not trying to eat healthy and make them weaker and low in self - esteem. They also have trouble sleeping at night and more risk of having health complications. Many people do not honestly face up to their own level of fitness. Some do not exercise much, yet, because they are seldom sick, pride themselves on being physically fit. They confuse good health with good physical condition (Clayman). Conducting physical exercises everyday helps maintain our physicalfitness and our good health for example it can prevent strokes, heart disease, release stress, andrelieve tension in our lives.
