In today's world, refined and skillful managers are in high demand. A requisite of proper management is highly recommended in the economic and industrial growth (Kay and Newman, 2005). Management refers to the managing of many areas including money, time, policies and emergencies. Although management does not specifically point to finances, having intervention of professional knowledge and practical experience is a positive necessity to achieving proper management.

Obtaining proper management, an individual must invest in professional education. Professional education has become a leader in growing trends within the last few years. The most basic reason for the growth is the search of on- and- off the field expertise (Professional Continuing Education, 2006). Practical jobs are in a vast expanse of difference separating themselves with academic jobs. Academic knowledge determines probability however, practicality is workability.
