Professional Education and Proper Management

In today's world, refined and skillful managers are in high demand. A requisite of proper management is highly recommended in the economic and industrial growth (Kay and Newman, 2005). Management refers to the managing of many areas including money, time, policies and emergencies. Although management does not specifically point to finances, having intervention of professional knowledge and practical experience is a positive necessity to achieving proper management.

Obtaining proper management, an individual must invest in professional education. Professional education has become a leader in growing trends within the last few years. The most basic reason for the growth is the search of on- and- off the field expertise (Professional Continuing Education, 2006). Practical jobs are in a vast expanse of difference separating themselves with academic jobs. Academic knowledge determines probability however, practicality is workability.

A proper manager will show traits of knowledge for the profession by first knowing about the profession itself. This is the basic concept that professional education exemplifies.

Many business schools, medical science, schools, and technical schools have pushed themselves into the risen standards of professional education. Many have quickly created reputations for the quality of education they provide (Professional Continuing Education, 2006). Universities like the University of Phoenix, Troy University, MIT, ITT Technical School, and Harvard Business Schools are some of the organizations providing professional training. The importance of professional education has grown over the last couple of decades for many reasons. Reason is because of the growing potential in careers and the rising competition in the world market (Gummer, 2000). However, the standards of professional education is not only concerned with obtaining individuals sophisticated careers or increased yearly salaries, professional education is...
