Memo TpBoard og Directors From: me Subject: Critical Issues At the planning retreat this weekend the Board made major inroads into clarifying its vision for the district , determining its roll and function in realizing this vision , and identifying its expectations for the administration in terms of goal attainment.
I view these accomplishments as the necessary first steps toward the implementation process.
At this time I would like to review for you what , in my opinion,are some of the critical short and long range issues this administration must address if we are to realize our goals.

This district is in dryer need of a capable, competent, leadership team. While we continue to manage day to day operations ,we do so limpingly, and without the vision that brings clarity , focus , and congruence to our actions. I would like to discuss my recommendations with you soon.
