In most of the world wealth is inherited and poverty is difficult to get rid of. Until the philosophy, which raises the rich to be in control of the poor and the poor to never have the opportunity to get educated and become rich, and have equal access to the resources of its own nation, the poor will always be poor and the rich will always be rich. Sadly that seems to be the case in most other countries even to some extent in America. In this paper I will discuss my action plans for redistributing the wealth of a country whose 80% of the wealth is in the hands of the top 1% of the population. As the emperor, the only decision maker in my kingdom, I will enforce the following rules and regulations for the next 20 years.
I will tax the rich only, based on their level of wealth.
After the 20 years, everyone will be taxed also based on his or her level of income. With the tax money I collect in those 20 years I will try to make life better for the poor. First I will put together a welfare program a bit different from the one that exists in the USA. The welfare program will provide people with their minimum need for food, shelter and clothes. The program will also provide people with money, but very little of it. The reason for this is that welfare people, at least in this country, tend to abuse the money and the opportunity they're given to them. For example in America, we find welfare people obtaining proof of active search for a job by applying for jobs they know won't take them or from friends who have small businesses and mothers who use welfare to...
You plan sounds good but could contain many flaws.
I find this plan generally okay but I have a few questions. Who is in charge when you die? Could you succesor just forget your rules and create a dictorship?
Is it really fair to tax the rich for 20 years? I wonder how much 50 percent just to cover the cost of the middle class and poor. Also your view on outsourcing, outsourcing can be good because it makes products cheaper for the poor class. It only hurts when the economy doesn't create enough new higher paying technology jobs to sastsfy the displaced workers. Also if your taxing the rich for the first twenty years what incetive do they have to invest in the economy. Your ghoverment would have to rely on the middle class to support thus creating a service industry economy. Your Goverment seems good in prinicpal but just like communism it could turn out horribly wrong.
