In most of the world wealth is inherited and poverty is difficult to get rid of. Until the philosophy, which raises the rich to be in control of the poor and the poor to never have the opportunity to get educated and become rich, and have equal access to the resources of its own nation, the poor will always be poor and the rich will always be rich. Sadly that seems to be the case in most other countries even to some extent in America. In this paper I will discuss my action plans for redistributing the wealth of a country whose 80% of the wealth is in the hands of the top 1% of the population. As the emperor, the only decision maker in my kingdom, I will enforce the following rules and regulations for the next 20 years.

I will tax the rich only, based on their level of wealth.

After the 20 years, everyone will be taxed also based on his or her level of income. With the tax money I collect in those 20 years I will try to make life better for the poor. First I will put together a welfare program a bit different from the one that exists in the USA. The welfare program will provide people with their minimum need for food, shelter and clothes. The program will also provide people with money, but very little of it. The reason for this is that welfare people, at least in this country, tend to abuse the money and the opportunity they're given to them.
