Abstract

This assignment consists of reviewing information on Riordan Manufacturing, referencing facts and applying legal theories to the facts. This statement alone leaves the company wide open where potential claims of discrimination may be brought against the company. The Americans with Disabilities Act guarantees equal opportunity for individuals with disabilities in public accommodations, employment, transportation, state and local government services, and telecommunications.
