In addition he was named to the 10-man John Wooden All-American team and ECAC Player of the Year both his sophomore and junior years. His junior year was his most dominate year as he led the Huskies through the NCAA Tournament. He received his most prestigious award of his basketball career during the 1999 Final Four. He was named Most Outstanding Player, and Final Four Player of the Year after scoring 27 points to help the Huskies win the NCAA tournament over Duke.
