Service Request for Kudler Fine Foods

This paper will address the requirements this week five assignment, which is to develop requirements for Kudler Fine Foods Frequent Shopper Program and prepare the paper as a presentation to be delivered to an executive management committee. This paper will, at a minimum, include business objectives with supporting measures of success for the project. A description of current business process/system with identification of scope/boundaries of the project, project constraints: finances, time, resources, organizational policies/culture, business functional requirements, description of new business process/system, utilizing the process objectives/model and the system objectives/model, and design requirements: input/output design, interface design, data model, network model will also be included.

The Project Planning Phase involves creating of a set of plans to help guide the team through the execution and closure phases of the project. The plans created during this phase will help manage time, cost, quality, change, risk and issues. They will also help manage staff and external suppliers, to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within schedule.
