"She's The Man"(movie) compared with "Twelfth Night" (movie)

There are two movies with the same adaptation, but even though the movies are similarly the same, there are little things that make them different from each other. I liked She's the man better than Twelfth night, and there are lots of reasons why I chose this particular movie.

The first reason why I liked She's the man was that the movie was modernized in the present time, and it had a very interesting plot. For example, a girl named Viola dressed up as her brother Sebastian so she could go to Illyria to join the boys soccer team. The plot was interesting and so was the conflict between the characters. For example, Duke got really mad at Sebastian (Viola) because Olivia kissed him, even though it was Sebastian who she really kissed, and so there was a lot of interesting conflict that had happened.

I disliked Twelfth night because of many reasons.

The film took place in the late 1890's and therefore, things such as the language was very hard to understand. For example, the people in the film talked in Shakespearean language. The movie's adaptation was hard to understand because of the language used, and that's why I disliked Twelfth night.

She's the man is better than Twelfth night because of many reasons. She's the man had a better adaptation because it was easier to understand the plot. Its plot was very interesting, and it was easier to understand than Twelfth night's plot. Adding on, Twelfth night's adaptation was good too, but it was hard to understand the plot because of many things such as the language used in the film, and that's why I preferred She's the man better than Twelfth night.
