Today living in most countries is not as simple as it was before. Economic systems, job markets, relations between governments and residents, are so complicated that usual equations can not solve them. To be able to afford in a society which offers different facilities and opportunity, every one works and tries to be a member of the chain that links all different parts of this system. I think if a teenager works while still a student, he will benefit from two major advantages. First he can support himself financially and second, he learns how to deal with other people in his society.

When a student is working and studying at the same time, he has to arrange his activities in a way to afford himself and pay for all or part of his expenditures without any harm to his studies. He will learn to work on different subjects and handle them successfully and it is a good practice for his near future. He can fulfill different projects and manage the stressful situation and invert it to a balance.

If some one starts working when he is in the school, he will deal with a lot of things that he never had before. For example, managers, colleagues, and customers have different attitude and he has to learn how to do in various situations. He also has to do what others ask him to do as, some times others do what he wants. However, he would be involved with the interaction that exists in any society and would be a member of it who can improve his condition.

Therefore, having a job while studying in school for young people has different advantages. It would help them to know themselves, their environments, and the relation between different parts of their world. They...
