To give some privileges to working mothers is an essential necessity, not only for their children and family but also for the future of the society. If young working mothers are given some rights, especially for the well-being of their children, they will be able to bring up healthy, successful and happy children who are grown-ups of the future. It is usually very difficult to work under stress for hours while a child would be waiting for the mother to come home. Therefore, in order to ease life for working mothers, they should be given some several rights.
The most significant right for the working women is the permissions which are given at the stage starting with the period of confinement after child birth. Firstly it is essential that there be a permission after giving birth to help women get back on their feet.
