To give some privileges to working mothers is an essential necessity, not only for their children and family but also for the future of the society. If young working mothers are given some rights, especially for the well-being of their children, they will be able to bring up healthy, successful and happy children who are grown-ups of the future. It is usually very difficult to work under stress for hours while a child would be waiting for the mother to come home. Therefore, in order to ease life for working mothers, they should be given some several rights.

The most significant right for the working women is the permissions which are given at the stage starting with the period of confinement after child birth. Firstly it is essential that there be a permission after giving birth to help women get back on their feet. According to American Academy of Pediatrics, immediately after giving birth, some women come back to work because of the bosses' antipathy to working mothers who need staying with their new-born children.

Decision of starting to work must be set up according to working mother's necessity. It will give the baby and the mother the chance of getting to know each other(2008). This permission is determinative for both mental and physical growth of the children. Sue Palmer, who is a former head teacher and the author of the book Toxic Childhood, says that "one-on-one" attention in early years influence children's education positively. Nurseries are never able to give a mother's respect and affection.(Paton,2008). Secondly, one-hour permissions for breast-feeding which can be adjusted by the working mother's herself would be very functional too.
