This is a presentation i made in my Engineering class. It's about structural enginners, what they do, high school and college requirements, etc... i did quite well on this paper. Great to take stuff off of it and input in a power point.

Abstract___________________________________
Structural engineers are very important in creation of any structure. Structural engineering ensure structure's capability of withstanding the pressures by various forces, made by nature or man. Structural engineers use mathematical calculations to create architectural models that can satisfy to customer as well as the Local Authority Building Control. Structural Engineers work closely with architects making our building comfortable and safe.
Areas of Specialization_______________________
Structural Analysis
Professional Development
Structural Steel Design
Structural Concrete Design
Transportation Engineering
Job Description_____________________________
The jobs that structural engineers do are:
Structural Engineers make house buyers survey of and determine whether or not the problems with structures are serious and give recommendations on appropriate remedial actions.
Structural Engineers make alterations to a property. Structural Engineers check and calculate effects of the alterations on the structure.
Structural Engineers design building foundations.

Structural Engineers
Very good. Looks confusing at first, the layout I mean, but it has the information. I think structural engineers could get more pay... after all, I don't think the designer will want his building falling apart the next day =P
