A strategic plan helps to serve as a solid foundation and framework of an organization.

Southern Cab Service must implement strategic objectives and measures in order to secure a successful organization. Strategies help to outline what an organization intends to do while tactics define the specific tactic that will help bring the strategy to life (Anderson & Dekker, 2009).

Various methods of monitoring and controlling my proposed strategic plan will be analyzed along with how the measures will advance organizational goals financially and operationally. The paper will conclude with recommended actions needed to address ethical, legal and regulatory issues faced by the company and how they can improve corporate citizenship.
