Introduction"Team development is critical for an organizational success, but helping the team members work effectively is often a challenging task." (Profiles team analysis) Effective and successful team is very necessary for an organizational growth.

What make a team successful? Team development is the most important thing for high performing team. To make an excellent developed team, first of all we have to understand what team actually is. Team consist from groups of people that brought together to obtain a common goal, objective and purpose. Team can be as huge such small. Team can be global or can be local. Team can consist from the people who are all different and are all of very different backgrounds.

How to develop a team to be successful?For effectively team development we have to know exactly what kind of team we are. Its mean what are the goals, what each member's role is and who need to work close with whom.

After self realizing as a team we need to follow these factors of team development:•First of all we need to improve relationship between the members of people inteam. It is very important to be in a good relationship with team members. "Conflict in any endeavor that requires the input of two or more people is a real possibility", says Jeanne Gulbranson. The fact is that conflict is not suppressed. Team members are enabled to express negative feelings, thought and discords within the team. Dealing with a conflict between the team members is a way how to improve team performance. Team members should daily discuss all problems, negative thought, their misunderstanding and find a wise solution. It's mean they should give and receive a feedback between each other to identify common goals, to know everybody's point of view, to understand each others working...
