This is one of the major signs that one's body is in need of water. (James C A)•Arthritis - is joint pain and this tells the body that one's joints need water. (James C A)•Back pain - is a sign that the spinal column and discs is low on water and needs fluids to help the pain go down.

This type of dehydration can cause major inflammation in the back of the eye and may cause loss of sight if not treated. There are many categories of diuretics and all these diuretics increase the excretion of the water from the body. But each of these categories will do it in a distinct way.
