Vegetarianism
Vegetarianism is becoming increasingly common worldwide amongst the health conscience populous. Choosing the consumption of vegetables, fruits, roots, and other herbage that grow from the earth, over animal meat, and/or eggs and milk, is said to be a more beneficial long term dieting plan than the more prominent carnivorous diets preferred by human beings. There are various aspects of this lifestyle that critics may find incomplete, however they may not be educated to the steps that vegetarian's take in order to assure proper nutrition to their bodies.
Contradicting to what many people think, solely eliminating meat from ones menu does not automatically make for a healthy diet. Vegetarian or not, a healthy regimen is low in cholesterol and saturated fat, it is also based around fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein. Along with that, the correct vitamin supplements should also be taken daily, but of course this goes to say with any form of diet.
However if one follows a correct vegetarian diet religiously, they might come to find that they have no need for supplements because they are receiving the correct balanced nutrients from their food.
Receiving the proper nutrients is a large concern many people have with the inquiry of a vegetarian lifestyle. They may ponder "Where in a vegetarian diet is their room for the necessary intake of protein?" Research is the key to any healthy diet though. Many non-meat edibles are quite sufficient in the distribution of protein to the body. Potatoes, beans, and soy products, are just several foods that contain percentages of protein good for the body. An individual, who truly wants to follow a vegetarian life, must find out what foods provide which vitamins and minerals to properly structure a healthy diet.

3rd World Poverty
This essay is well written, but you may want to research and include socio-economic factors (ie. about 10X more food can be produced from land if you are growing grain rather than breeding livestock. If enough people were to choose a vegetarian diet, food could easily be produced with the same amount of resources used now which could sustain nutrtional needs the thrird world.)
Less emotive langauge might also be appropriate, and more striking. It shows that the composer is writing factually, and will be taken more seriously.
I do think this is well written, and pretty well researched.
Congrats to the author on the 100% mark.
