Among the many factors contributing to non-verbal communication are sending and receiving ability and accuracy. Non-verbal cues sometimes may provide clarity or contradiction for a message being sent

Research in non-verbal communication provides awareness and possible solutions to many communication problems.

Personal behavior is critical in a person's ability to communicate effectively. Both verbal and nonverbal communication is related and very important in our interactions with others. "Nonverbal communication is all intentional and unintentional messages that are neither written nor spoken.

Interviewer Positive Non-Verbal

I kept a positive Non-Verbal connection though out the interview. My Non-verbal Messages were well received. The most significant Non-Verbal que I gave was when I was reflecting back "From what you are saying, you have met a lot of famous Musical Artist when you were a teenager?" I gave her an open hand palm que and she opened up and got really excited.

The use of hands I felt eased her into the reflection and opened up more easily. As in the book "What you don't say speaks your message", Abbot, L. F. (1992). Personal behavior is critical in a person's ability to communicate effectively. Both verbal and nonverbal communication is related and very important in our interactions with others.

Interviewer Negative Non-Verbal

In the Interview their was only one negative Non-verbal communication and that was while I was sitting I moved and crossed my legs. I quickly uncrossed them and leaned forward giving a smile.
