1.0 IntroductionColes is a full service supermarket operating over 740 stores throughout Australia and employing more than 92,000 people. (Coles company info 2008) Coles offers customers convenient shopping that aims to fulfil all of their expectations and requirements under one roof. A major focus for Coles has been to tailor store product ranges and concepts to meet the needs of the residents. (Coles company info 2008) The services are going to be provided by Australian service provider. Indonesia is the fourth most populous country in the world after China, India and the US. The US Census Bureau estimates Indonesia's population at 231.8m in 2006. Population growth in 2000-05 was 1.3% a year, compared with 1.5% in the 1990s, 2% in the 1980s and an average of 2.3% in the 1960s and 1970s. 2.0 PoliticalIndonesia is a republic based on the 1945 constitution providing for a separation of executive, legislative, and judicial power.
