If I ever had three wishes that I could make to change my parents, I would never use them. The perfect parents are the ones I have now. Although there is no such thing as a perfect parent, there is such a thing as a good one. Maybe no one is perfect, though many of us wish we were! They understand me and know that at times it's best to let me decide what's right or wrong for me. They talk to me and they don't get mad at the things I say. They treat me most of the time as an adult. To be honest with you, I wouldn't want a parent that bought me everything I wanted, and did anything I wanted. There is such a thing as "too much of a good thing." Our parents have to raise us in a caring, loving, and supportive environment, but in a way, they have to be strict to set us all in line.

My parents help me learn from my mistakes, they love and want me. The perfect parents are the ones who care and set a good example. They listen to your and are happy when you do something right they discipline you when you do something wrong. Their love should be enough, and when they send you to school it's so you can go somewhere in life. Also when they make you do chores it's so you understand how a job would work, and have your own money to spend. They let me have the freedom and responsibility that they think I can handle. They don't let me get away with doing what I shouldn't do. They discipline me but they don't abuse me. That's true love. Three major characteristics that my parents have now that...
