Q: I didn't receive a transaction receipt via e-mail.


You almost certainly entered your e-mail incorrectly when you were paying us. We can try and find your account, but we need your first and last name and you email address

Do note, however, that we cannot guarantee that we will find your record – we are dependent on getting the correct information from you.
