Q: I wrote a comment on an essay, but it does not show, or has disappeared.
A:When you write a comment on an essay , the comment is automatically added to the essay listing. This enables users to rate your comments. At the same time, your comment is put up for review by someone from our team. They will be able to read your comment, along with its score (which depends on the ratings from other users).
There are two ways in which your comment may disappear:
1. The essay you wrote the comment for was removed from the system due to quality control.
2. The comment itself was rejected for whatever reason by our quality control staff.
Please do note that our quality control is not only done by computers it is also done by humans and due to human nature, we sometimes fail or misjudge a comment. Please do not feel offended! :)
