Good summary of the book. It kind of reminds me of something one would find in a Cliffs Notes book...or something like that.I especially like the fact that you've included many vital descriptions of the characters and settings.Good job.

The essay is slightly lacking in depth and style. If the main point concerns Curley's wife, then why not put that paragraph first? Your essay will have much more impact that way.Also, I would lengthen some sentences and choose more appropriate words instead of resorting to simple adjectives and verbs.Not terrific, but not poor. You need a more compelling argument to convince readers the the movie does not live up to the book.Hope that helps.
