I like how you clearly outline and address each variable that would affect this, but seems that you do your best not to make any opinions. Perhaps you could add a little more flavor to the essay to make it more intriguing. Or not - if this is not meant to be like an editorial.

Good info to classify depreciation. Although, I'm not sure what one would gain by reading this- it's like a long definition - I like essays that take a stance on something.

This was very informative. Many people (like me) are completely unaware of how this could affect them. I also like how this covered a scientific, a practical, and even legal issues concerning asbestos. Great work!
