  • Interesting.

Your school district seems a bit harsh...out of curiousity, do you attend a public or private highschool? If private, is it Catholic?

Excellent job on this essay..your point came across clear and strong, and you managed to give information for and against it, which made it pursuasive and understandable. Great Job..the title kind of threw me off, I thought I'd be disappointed, but I was not at all.

  • Pursuasive Papers

I am no English teacher, but countless classes have tought me this: No matter WHAT, never use the word "I" in a paper unless it is reflective upon yourself. If you are writing an essay to convince someone, they know it's you who is doing the convincing--it should be so pursuasive that you need not say "I", but state your opinion as if it were a fact.

Your essay is informative and well written, yet at times hard to follow. A suggestion: Work on your quote usage.

  • Hmmm.

You use the words "Fat People" an awful lot in this essay, and I'm not entirely sure that is appropriate. You claim that generalizations and stereotypes are disrespectful and uncouth, but isn't the term "Fat People" politically uncorrect? You did a great job of using the book "Snacks" to incorporate your points, however.

  • Comment on your essay

You have some really nice information in this essay; However, after just reading this play, I feel that your information is unorganized and a bit unprofessional/undeveloped.
