good points, i love eminem.. nobody should put him down for the kind of music he puts out..hes lived a rough life, esp. for a white boy..lol. but on the real he really has. More power to him and allll the different curses he used as an outlet for his repression..

domestic violence is so sad.. families like that need to be separated and couseled to sort out their differences..you hear about these type of cases all the time on the news, it is too often that violence things can occur in families. We should be supporting eachother, loving eachother..not hating and killing eachother. But who u gunna tell that too..the jealous brother, the fed up mother, the angry father..the stories are sooo disturbing. Very well-written..kept me interested the whole time.

i agree, absolute power does corrupt.. everytime im in history class, we're taught over and over that back in the day absolute rulers jus ruined everything for their people..even tho i cant stand history.. its interesting to read about things like this.

Good sources..i totally believe in GOd and everything he stands for as well as everything in the Bible. But idk about these coincidences and stuff..seems so freaky to me that it could actually be real. Very well-written paper...it kept me interested the whole way through.

You're so right, help is available. What you said is the most depressing thing I've ever heard.. 'Husbands and boyfriends send more women to the hospital each year than strangers do.' That statement is disgusting. My mother was a victim of abuse, and to this day although we have moved on and everything is now serene in our household, the scars still appear every now and then. It's something that will stay with her for the rest of her life.

This essay is excellent. I think its horrible the way all these MEN and organizations tried to stop these women from doing something that any common individual or citizen, male or female, should be allowed to do. You see things like this happen everyday. It's a shame, some women still do not receieve the respect they properly deserve.

Eminem as well as every other rapper aint gonna stop rappin the way they do ever.. it's gonna get worst and worst if you wanna think about it like that. At a young age, sure parents can watch what their children are listening to.. but as they get older.. say 14, 15.. you cant stop them from listening. Not to mention, most parents are cursing and saying the most obscene things in front of their children when their so young, how do people explain that. Either way, kids will be introduced to cursing whether its through their parents or music. And that's how it's ALWAYS going to be.

i hated that movie, lol. i thought it was so pointless. But that's not a bad analyzation of the opening scene. Although i have to partly agree with spyder. Little too much stating, not enough feeling.

This is a very good researched essay. I love the way you respect gays and lesbians. I am a firm believer that same-sex marriages should be legalized. Who are you to tell me who i love and who i choose to spend the rest of my life with? The reason people never even take notice to points like these is because their ignorant, when are people going to actually stop and take a minute to think about what they're saying. Society is so obsessed with keeping to the norms and resisting conformity when it comes to issues like this that they are blind to see how they are hurting others.

Excellent analyzation, I agree that if parents feel its time for quits, than it is. When my parents got divorced I was heartbroken. It took a while but eventually me and my mom made it on our own. To this day Im constantly faced with the fact that my father is gone, and i do miss him a lot. However, I also quickly remind myself that its better this way. Things just werent right when he was around, very uneasy and full of tension. My mom deserves the happiness she has found now with someone new, and I have learned to adjust accordingly.
