As a recent victim of physical and emotional abuse from my child's father, I am commenting to primarily thank you for opening my eyes a little wider. I knew I was doing the right thing, even know I knew it was going to be hard. What moved me most was the exact reason why I left, my children. That children are the one's who suffer the most and sadly this is a silent suffering. And if not remedied, it can carry onto their adult lives. I left for my bous, sothey could stand a fighting chance in this world. God, knows being in a minority group is already a struggle enough in this world. Thanks again for the strength!
