Apparently, you stated some points, but I do not think they came across in the manner you meant for them to be. It was not well worded, but I am sure the intent was good. Next time, you should try to include more facts, for this, however opnion based, lacked the evidence needed to prove a REAL point.

The symptonms of the afflicted girls are now looked back upon as symptoms of hysteria. The extended limb movements and outrageous moods are now normal in psych hospitals around the world. You might want to include this along with your essay, for obviously, it was indeed a conspiracy.

When not knowing much on the topic given, reading it was a challenge. It starts off with dates and facts that are not explained, and are hebetudinous to the uninformed. Essays should be written to be understood by all who read them, and this one was not.
