Comunications skills in assessment i.e., eye contact, verbal and non verbal communication, open and closed questions, body langauge / posture, touch, active and passive listening are all important. Not focused enough for me but had some good points.

If you were a student then different judgements were made, as you were not acting under NMC rules and your mentor should have been informed. A good leaning experence though.
