It is very plain and, as stated before by another user, a generalized paper. It states obvious facts and has simple answers to the questions the author asked in the first paragraph. However, it is well researched. The author should have used specfic examples and other mediums to convey his/her message. It seems nothing more than a summary of school violnce found in a school textbook. Very plain and boring but has good research, and so I give the paper a plain 80/C.
