  • DELEGATING

    I like the way this essay has been laid out and the section of Planning,Leading,Organizing,ControllingImplementing - Have been well researched and the authors opinions are apparent, what I would have like to have seen is something on the lines of DELEGATION it is one of todays main management faults that they do not know how to delegate to their minnions and as such bring about stresses that can cause poor management decisions

    Do you not think that leadership is about a physical presence rather than communication skills in todays day & age?Winston Churchill was a good communicator he had to be because there was no other way of being noticed, wherein George W Bush must be the worsed communicator I have ever heard1 and Yet1 he still got re-elected! look into this! it will help expand your paper!

    WITH HAVING FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE OF AN APPRAISEL PROCESS I FOUND THAT ALTHOUGH ENLIGHTENING IN THE FIRST PASS THE FOLLOW TO THE APPRAISEL LEFT A LOT TO BE DESIRED, I AM REFFERING TO ANOTHER ARTICLE ON THE STRESS LEVELS BEING ATTAINED BY TODAYS MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES. GONE ARE THE DAYS WHEN A MANAGER COULD MANAGE HIS STAFF TO A WHAT IS NOW A MORE HIGH PROFILE POSITION WHEREIN THE DAY TO DAY BUSINESS PROCESS DEMANDS TAKE THE MANAGERS EYE OFF THE BALL AND AS SUCH THE RE-APPRAISEL PROCESS BECOMES VERY MUCH DILUTED. THE PERSON WHO'S APPRAISEL BECOMES A VICTIM OF THIS APPROACH BECOMES VERY CYNICAL OF THE WHOLE THING AND WILL BECOME QUITE ADEPT AT GIVING THE ANSWERS TO WHAT HE THINKS THEY WANT TO HEAR RATHER THAN HIS OPINION AND AS SUCH CAN GIVE A FALSE IMPRESSION AT AN INTERVIEW FOR A POSITION.

    Note your remark with regards to people People Burnout, Companies have to recognise that people burnout because of stress levels excerted from outside influences to the job in hand, training people to manage their time more effectively help prevent the "BURNOUT" syndrome quite dramaticaly.

  • Good use of Interpretation

    Smeagol Gollum was a victim of a latent power that was to consume him! wherein you say he had two sides to his character. I believe he had more than that and it was an outside element that created this creature alla Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde was a concotion/potion.

    I was very impressed by this paper & the author seemed to be very adept in their views. I to have had similar experiences and find that some of the Sites are geared for volume rather than quality and sifting candidates at point of entry.

    Question2 will always be answered as NOQuestion 5 should list out the jobsQuestion 7 should give people a multiple choice, you will not get any ciherent text from the people who fill in the forms. Most people fear that their comments will be ysed against themSurvety forms are so difficult to word in such a way that the person filling them in is totally confident that they can give an answer that reflects their opinion. You should never write a question where the answer is Obvious, take for example "Do you think your salary reflects your worth to the company?" the answer will always be a NO! Need to be more focussed on what you are trying to achieve.
