Where are the facts?
You have made a well written and persuasive argument but where are the facts? Of course many of the issues you have raised make sense, but have these been proved, if so, where? I don't mind good arguments but you need to reference your sources (if any) and back up any ideas with hardcore facts .. otherwise your essay is nothing but an opinion.- 20/05/2004

Not bad but could be a lot better
You have decribed how you work in a group and the things that make you a good group member but you have not used any examples! If you are saying you are good at organising things, give an example of a situation where you have done so.To be honest you just need to be a bit more descriptive in specific group activities and then comment on how they make you the type of team player you are..- 20/05/2004
