Is this the second part of an essay? In any case that would explain the bullets that start at 18. However while there is some good information you might want to try giving a bit more background information about what you're writing about, at least if you're going to post it on this site. But still, these can be useful notes.

Lots of information here, it's clear the author knows quite a bit about federal laws and monopoly systems...and the whole thing is stringed together quite nicely.

Overall it's a good essay but I find you make your sentences a bit to short (especially at the beginning). Try stinging a few sentences together, the overall result will be a bit more flowing. Nice essay, though.

It's a great essay with a lot of information, which is why paragraphs would be greatly appreciated because it's quite hard to read as it is. Still, good essay.
