This paper is filled with orignal thought and should offer help to the research of your paper. However, (although probably a simple oversight) the first few paragraphs are a direct quote without quotations or citations from the textbook (Wheelen & Hunger, 2004) as listed in the reference section of the paper. Knowing this you will avoid the pitfall of failing to properly cite the material in your paper. Further the EFAS and IFAS table were very helpful.

This essay did not seem to be of college level work. It failed to provide references to facts used to build their case. Another of the problems was the failure to expound on the opinions produced. It was more of a worksheet to write a paper than a finished draft.

I found this essay to be well written. The only drawback was the fact that it seemed to be a 1995/96 era paper. Due to that the information is outdated in parts of the paper. However, some of the key points such as Walton's founding beliefs are still an essential part of today's Wal-Mart culture, and therefore still relevant for essay seekers of today.
