If you havce read the ref text book and what the balance score card is - just skip it.
EFAS/IFAS not analyzed - no weight rating, etc. No conclusion!! Ending with all the ??? marks. May be try to teach the readrs what very generic 'balance score card' means by copying the taught from some text book.

Not worth paying to read in full - I would rate it 30% grade
No logical linkage between each thought. All the ex/internal environment scanning just mentions about some general craps, and not specific. Most of the narative text just copy from the text book. EFAS/IFAS just too short to mean anything and not in-line with the scanning narative parts.If readers can read English, go and read the original reference text book, you surely can do your report/paper better.
