Good job, not much to correct.
You wrote this very well, and by choosing to bek down your paragraphs and explaining each aspect of the different occupations really made the entire paper easier on the eyes. Although, I would go more in depth about the second paragraph about upper level management by adding more detail behind the point you were trying to get across. Otherwise, I would leave as is.
