Shows some good ideas concerning the aviation industry, expecialy relevent at the momment.Have completed a similar study which was in thompsons, strategic management and this acted as a nice reference piece of other peoples ideas into this particular airline. Well written and structured.

Good use of relevent text i.e. McNamar and uses familar tools i.e. SWOT, etc. Good introduction into the subject with some nice ideas but would like to have known what these are based on.

Very well broken down of the 4 areas. Easy to follow and clear. Nice case study at end to show how all comes together. Would have been nice to know where the definitions came from.

This essay gives a no-nonsense breakdwon of what is needed when considering segmentation/positioning. Model can be used on any case (Which I have done).
