Where are your Works Cited (i.e. Bibliography)?No one can really use your essay for research without having that important information. We need to trace the info back to its source to validate it!!

Where are your works cited (i.e. the bibliography)?? ....No one can really use your essay for research without having that important information. How can we check if the material is valid and have some proof... I have read differently & would like to check the info u wrote about!!

This case study is very impressive. It is complete with a captivating intro, a fully developped body, a conclusion and REFERENCES.

I totally agree with jwilliamssr. This case study is great but for the fact that the works cited (references) are missing. All college papers are supposed to have that so it's gonna take some work if we wanna use that essay.

Great Introduction; But the essay is incoherent: The 5th & 6th paragraphs are irrelevant. The topic discussed is communication not how the company functions!

The author of this commentary has provided a good precise response. He has critiqued the book as well as the real-life issues discussed about dealing with mentally challenged people. Furthermore, he has clearly provided the moral of the book. However, I don't believe this response is a 100% material. I mean it's not THAT perfect!!
