I was disappointed when I got to the end, I felt that it lacked a punch maybe. You should try using a quote from a famous psychologist or something. Also to make it more professional take it out of the first person.

I thought it was very intriguing and even though this stuff does not normally interest me, I found this to be very interesting. Great job.

This essay, although very explanitory is very basic and could use some more detail, perhaps about people who have failed in the past. But this essay is still a nice overview.
